Laura Thompson, Elevation Advising’s Founder and Director, is a nonprofit consultant committed to fostering positive social change. Her 15+ years of experience include grant writing and grant management, program evaluation, copywriting, and copyediting. Areas of past and current work include diverse fields such as early childhood education, K-12 education, refugee resettlement, immigration, climate technology, local food systems, workforce development, pregnancy and infant loss, and death penalty abolition. She has worked with a variety of organizations from mission-driven charter schools to international nonprofits and for-profit startup companies.
